From your Desktop, right-click your network icon at the bottom right corner and choose Open Network and Sharing Center. At the top left side, select Change adapter settings. Right click on your VPN icon and select Properties. The properties window will be displayed.

In order to do that, go back to the Network and Sharing Center and click or tap "Change adapter settings" in the column on the left.
